Are your products authentic Himalayan products?
Yes, all our products are sourced directly from the Himalayan region. Our honey is harvested from wild Himalayan acacia blooms, our spices come from traditional farms in Garhwal, and our rice is grown in the Himalayan foothills. We maintain strict quality standards and source only authentic products.
Do you add any preservatives or additives to your products?
No. Our products are 100% natural with no heating, no additives, no preservatives, and no shortcuts. What you receive is the product in its pure, natural form.
How should I store the honey?
Store honey in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Honey is naturally non-perishable and can last indefinitely when stored properly. If it crystallizes, this is natural and indicates purity. You can gently warm it to return it to liquid form.
How do I prepare the Calming Tea?
Add 1-2 teaspoons of the tea blend to a cup of hot water (not boiling). Let it steep for 3-5 minutes, strain, and enjoy. You can adjust the steeping time based on your preferred strength.
How do I cook Himalayan Red Rice?
Rinse the rice thoroughly. Use a 1:2.5 ratio (1 cup rice to 2.5 cups water). Soak for 30 minutes before cooking for best results. Cook for 30-35 minutes until tender. The rice has a firmer texture and nuttier flavor than white rice.
How do I use Garhwali Jakhiya?
Heat oil in a pan, add a teaspoon of Jakhiya seeds, and let them crackle and pop. Use this tempering for dals, vegetables, or traditional Garhwali dishes. The seeds release a distinctive aroma and add depth to your cooking.

Is my payment information secure?
Yes, all payments are processed through Razorpay, a secure and trusted payment gateway. We do not store your payment information.
Can I place bulk orders?
Yes! We offer bulk orders at 12.5% discount on MRP. Please email us at contact@bazaru.co.in with your requirements, and we'll provide you with a quote.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you deliver to my location?
We deliver to most locations across India. Please enter your pincode at checkout to verify serviceability in your area.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and typically delivered within 5-7 business days. Total delivery time is approximately 6-9 business days from order placement.
What are the shipping charges?
We offer free shipping on orders above ₹899. For orders below this amount, shipping charges are ₹99 per item (maximum ₹299 per order). Active promotional offers may override these charges.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes, once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email to monitor your delivery status.
What if my order is delayed?
If your order is delayed beyond the expected delivery time, please contact us at contact@bazaru.co.in with your order number, and we'll help track your shipment.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return products?
Yes, unopened and unused products can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for complete details.
What if I receive a damaged product?
Please email us immediately at contact@bazaru.co.in with photos of the damaged product and your order number. We'll work with you to provide a replacement or refund.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed within 3-4 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. The amount will be credited to your original payment method.
