We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and refund policy below.

Return Eligibility

Return Window: 3 days from the date of delivery

Product-Specific Guidelines:

  • Honey Products: Returnable if unopened and unused (honey is non-perishable)
  • Tea, Spices & Rice: Returnable only if the package is unopened and the product is unused (if completely disappointed, drop us an email we will see what could we do to better serve you)
  • Used or Opened Products: Not eligible for return unless damaged or defective

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, products must:

  • Be in original, unopened packaging
  • Be unused and in the same condition as received
  • Include all original tags and labels
  • Not show signs of tampering or use

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please email us immediately at contact@bazaru.co.in with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged/defective product
  • Description of the issue

We will work with you on a case-by-case basis to find the best solution, which may include replacement or refund.

Return Process

  1. Contact us at contact@bazaru.co.in within 3 days of delivery
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Once approved, ship the product back to us
  4. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer

Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed only after we receive and inspect the returned product
  • Processing time: 3-4 business days after receiving the product
  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed

Replacement Policy

In most cases, we prefer to offer replacements rather than refunds to ensure you receive the authentic Himalayan products you ordered. We handle each case individually to provide the best solution.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used food products (unless damaged/defective)
  • Products without original packaging
