3. Products and Pricing

  • All products are authentic Himalayan specialty foods including honey, tea, spices, and rice
  • Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST
  • We reserve the right to change product prices at any time without prior notice
  • The price applicable to your order will be the price displayed at the time of order placement
  • Product availability is subject to change. While we strive to keep our inventory updated, we cannot guarantee availability

4. Orders and Payment

  • Minimum Order: There is no minimum order value
  • Guest Checkout: Account creation is not required. You may checkout as a guest
  • Payment Methods: We accept payments via Razorpay including UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and digital wallets
  • Payment Security: All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your payment information
  • Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your order is successfully placed

5. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order under the following conditions:

  • Before the order is marked as dispatched, OR
  • Within 2 days of order placement, whichever is earlier

To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at contact@bazaru.co.in with your order number. Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 3-4 business days.

6. Shipping and Delivery

  • We deliver to most locations across India. Pincode serviceability can be checked at checkout
  • Processing time: 1-2 business days
  • Delivery time: 5-7 business days after dispatch
  • Shipping Charges: Free shipping on orders above ₹899. For orders below this amount, shipping charges are ₹99 per item (maximum ₹299 per order). Active promotional offers may override these charges
  • Tracking information will be provided via email once your order is dispatched

7. Returns and Refunds

  • Unopened and unused products may be returned within 7 days of delivery
  • Honey products are returnable if unopened (honey is non-perishable)
  • Other food products (tea, spices, rice) are returnable only if unopened and unused
  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer
  • Refunds are processed within 3-4 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product

  • We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and information
  • Product colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and photography
